Two Early Bird prizes of $80. Entries must be postmarked by 3/1/07 to be eligible for drawing.
Late entry fee of $15 if entry postmarked later than 5/15/07.
You may play up a division if your peak rating between 1/1/07 and 5/1/07 is within 100 points of the higher division.
No entries will be accepted at the door.
