One Early Bird Prize of $95. Entries must be postmarked
by 3/1/10 to be eligible for drawing.
Late
entry fee of $15 if entry postmarked later than 5/15/10 5/22/10.
You
may play up a division if your peak rating between 1/1/10 and 5/15/10 is within
100 points of the higher division.
No
entries will be accepted at the door.
