One Early Bird Prize of $75. Entries must be postmarked
by 3/1/11 to be eligible for drawing.
Late
entry fee of $15 if entry postmarked later than 5/15/11.
You
may play up a division if your peak rating between 1/1/11 and 5/15/11 is within
100 points of the higher division.
No
entries will be accepted at the door.

us at Lou Malnati’s in Lincolnwood (6649 N. Lincoln Ave) Saturday night from
7:30 PM – 9:30 PM for an optional dinner celebration. Include an extra $25 with your entry fee if
you plan to join us for all-you-can-eat Chicago-style deep dish pizza, salad,
soda, beer, and wine while we reminisce about our best memories from the 10
years of Bob Denn’s legacy tournament. (NOTE: The dinner is limited to 75
people so sign up soon!)
